Returns

If a change must be made to an order, please contact us immediately. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Items may be returned if unused within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On the exchange of defective products EMS OffroadT will only pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. EMS OffroadT requires that the product not be damaged, missing components or any documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy. Contact EMS OffroadT if you require a return on a Special Order item. All returns must be authorized and assigned an RGA by EMS OffroadT and sent postage prepaid. We suggest using a carrier that is trackable and that also provides insurance. EMS OffroadT is not responsible for return shipping on any returns. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately so we can discuss a resolution.

Warranties

All EMS OffroadT products have no expressed or implied warranty unless stated by product. Contact EMS OffroadT if you have a warranty issue. All warranties are handled by the manufacturers. Items needing repair should be returned to the original manufacturer.

Shipping Policy

Items being shipped via UPS or USPS, will ship one business day after confirmation of payment. Items that will be shipped via truck Freight, will ship as soon as the Freight Company gets here. All items that are to be picked up/delivered, a non-refundable deposit of 25% to be made at time of purchase. The remainder to be made at time of pickup/delivery. Items will be shiped to the address provided, and will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in route.
