Custom CNC Plasma Cutting

EMS Offroad offers a full CNC Plasma Cutting service. If you have a design in mind or need one made for you, we can cut it in house on our CNC Table. We are equipped with a Hypertherm Industrial Plasma Cutter, Plasma Cam Table and a top of the line CAD Computer.

If you already have a file created, we can accept them in .dxf file format. Or bring us your sketch and measurements and we will design the program ourselves. We also have a 30 ton press brake. So if you need your items bent, this is no problem for us either.

Other Machines in house include: 23x96 LeBlond Lathe; 9x32 Bridgeport Mill; 11x52 Bridgeport Boss 8 CNC Mill.
